SAP BI - Overview
As BI continues to consolidate SAP continues to provide innovations in this space and we will continue to deliver a high level understanding of the current products, functionality, strategy and implementation information. We are not trying to cover what SAP already has covered in their many websites, forums or blogs, nor do we intend on giving the minutest details of every single area of functionality provided by many companies as addressed in our SAP BI REPORT. The aim is to give enough of an understanding where the next level of understanding can be reached. We view learning in stages. You have to know the high level before moving to the lower level technical details.

The tried and trusted platform for SAP centric users continues to evolve with the latest versions BW 7.0 and 7.3 providing the great integration features with Business Objects front end tools and with SAP HANA the new In-Memory data warehouse concept. We will outline some of the features of the new BW 7.3 version as well as some important information to keep in mind as far as BW on HANA and SAP's vision of BW and ECC on HANA going forward.
